WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

We are located in Dalby, Queensland - Australia. 

 

SHIPPING.

Tutu Irresistible Boutique proudly ship worldwide. 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be issued. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post website. 

We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to follow up directly with Australia Post. 

Please note postage costs are not refundable. 

Any items that are returned to sender will incur additional re-postage costs.

 

TURN AROUND TIMES.

In stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Pre-order items - Turn around times are listed within the product description. Please note that approximate timeframes are listed on each pre-order item - this is an approximation only. If you require an item urgently please contact us via email to discuss. 

Orders that contain both in stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item/s have arrived. 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

Customer satisfaction is very important at Tutu Irresistible Boutique. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange an exchange or store credit.

All items are carefully checked before posting however if an item does arrive with a fault we will happily replace the faulty item.

All postage costs associated with an exchange must be covered by the customer.
